The room was a nice size, and it had it's own balcony and a very good Wi-Fi that were useful.

Exceptional ambiance and charm in a colonial setting. The spacious and comfortable room offered great value for the price. The location is perfect, close to the cathedral, main park, and a variety of restaurants, bars. I loved relaxing by the wonderful pool before heading out for the night. The attentive and helpful staff made me feel content, comfortable, and safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, value, and convenient location.

When booking it, the price is 45usd . But when arrived, the receptionist didn't find my name, and said, ok I give you the price of 60usd. This is not what we are expecting.the breakfast is horrible. Only cafe and bread, which seems is the leftover of last night

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city. You are just steps away from the main square and all the attractions in the center of Merida. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests you may have. The breakfast is decent, offering a variety of options to start your day. The hotel also has a lovely courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the ambiance.
The swimming pool is not ideal as it only gets sun for a few hours a day.

The person at the front desk was nice as was the cleaner. That is all.
Initial appearance from the lobby looked good, once in the room it was old and must smelling. The walls were cracking and the airconditioner did not work. I had to be transfered to another room. The outside quilt had no cover and was stained, dirty and old. The towels in the showere were very old and frayed!!

Beds in the room and design in the receiption hall

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location right near the main plaza. It was much better in terms of location compared to other hotels I was considering. The hotel is central to many restaurants and shops, making it a convenient choice. The staff were friendly and although most spoke only Spanish, they were able to communicate with us and provide excellent service. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay.
That the hotel could improve on cleanliness in some areas.

The hotel had a very central location and it was not very far from Main Square. A main market and a market were right next door.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a Colonial style building with excellent staff. Double room with a balcony. Central location, relatively near Paseo Montejo. Relaxing area.
